San Juan Charter Services offer a full service 24-hour Marine Taxi Service throughout the San Juan and surrounding islands. Rates start at $150 per hour with a $50 per hour wait fee while moored or docked. This rate applies for up to six people. We are happy to accommodate bikes, kayaks or camping equipment.
Another great way to see the San Juan Islands is through our half-day trips: Friday Harbor Tour and Sucia Island Tour. Both leave from Bellingham at 10:00 a.m. and return at 2:00 p.m. Rates are $400 per tour for up to six people. Custom half-day packages are also available.

The most popular package we offer is our San Juan Island Marine Park Tour, seeing several, if not all, of the twelve island parks, and stopping at the most popular parks for sight-seeing and hiking. Another great package we offer is the San Juan Island Towns Tour, exploring the more obscure and quaint little towns in the San Juans. Both packages will enable you to see the San Juans in and out like no other tour can. All our tour packages leave Bellingham at 9:00 a.m. and return to Bellingham at 5:00 p.m. Rates are $700 a day for up to six people. Custom full-day packages are also available.
Whale WatchingSan Juan Charter Services offers half-day adventure of whale watching combined with sight-seeing. There are three resident pods that can be found spending their time feeding off the salmon in San Juans throughout the summer. There are also several other pods that migrate through. One of the most popular places to view the Orcas is on the west side of San Juan Island. The pods have been seen as early as May and as late as September.
San Juan Charter Services offer halibut fishing trips leaving from Bellingham. Customers can also choose to be picked up from any San Juan Island. Fishing ground on the outer west side of the San Juan Islands in the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Halibut season runs from May 1st to May 30th, closed Sunday through Wednesday. Halibut trips are an all day event typically lasting 8 hours. In the last few years Halibut fishing has been outstanding. All areas open to fishing have a one-fish daily catch limit, with no minimum size. Prices will reflect on current fuel prices due to the fact that the fishing grounds are located 45 miles from Bellingham, one way. There is no question that you get the most for your money with our services. We require 20% deposit on most charter packages, with a week cancellation for full return of deposit, plus a full return of deposit if weather is not ideal. Weather can change fast in the San Juans, so always bring warm cloths. Bring lunch if you're not planning on eating at an island café. Camera, sun glasses and sun screen are also good things to bring. Complimentary bottled water on ice. Fully licensed and insured.
